At ASVI FASHIONS, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a straightforward return and exchange process.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please note:
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
All tags must remain attached, and the item must be in resalable condition.
Returns must be initiated within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact our support team at support@asvifashions.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
Once your request is validated, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.
Pickup Timeline: The return shipment will be picked up within 3–5 working days of the request being initiated.
Replacement & Exchange
We understand that sometimes you might need a different size or color.
In cases where a replacement or exchange is accepted, we will arrange for the pickup of the original item.
Your new product will be processed and delivered within 7–10 working days after the exchange is approved.
Refund Process
Approval: Refunds are processed once the returned product passes our quality inspection.
Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Any shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Important Notes
ASVI FASHIONS is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies or postal authorities during the return transit.
Delivery of our services and confirmation of returns will be sent to the Email ID provided at the time of registration.
